Self-assembly instructions

For the unassembled kit. You'll receive the raw printed parts with their supports still attached — a few minutes of cleanup and assembly and you're ready to deliver.

What you'll need

  • A small screwdriver (or similar tool) to remove the printed supports.
  • A hammer to push parts firmly together.

No other tools required.

Assembling the tray

  1. Tray step 1 — remove support material from the top plate

    Take the top plate and remove the support material.

  2. Tray step 2 — remove support material from the front redirector

    Take the front redirector and remove the support material.

  3. Tray step 3 — insert the redirector into the top plate

    Insert the redirector into the top plate.

  4. Tray step 4 — push down fully, downward force only

    Push down as far as possible. Be careful not to break the joint — apply only downward force.

  5. Tray step 5 — hammer the redirector until it bottoms out

    Using a hammer, hit the redirector until it reaches the bottom.

  6. Tray step 6 — insert the combined part into the tray

    Carefully insert the now-combined redirector and top plate into the tray.

  7. Tray step 7 — align the support braces with the end of the tray

    Align the front redirector support braces with the end of the tray.

Assembling the handle

  1. Handle step 1 — remove supports from the two channels

    Remove the support material from the two channels.

  2. Handle step 2 — insert the spring

    Insert the spring.

  3. Handle step 3 — put the trigger onto the plunger rod

    Put the trigger onto the plunger rod.

  4. Handle step 4 — align the trigger and plunger into the right-hand half

    Align the trigger and plunger into the right-hand half of the handle.

  5. Handle step 5 — align the left-hand half

    Align the left-hand half.

  6. Handle step 6 — put the front bow tie in place

    Put the front bow tie in place.

  7. Handle step 7 — put the back bow tie in place

    Put the back bow tie in place.

  8. Handle step 8 — test the plunger action

    Test the plunger action.

  9. Handle step 9 — push or hammer in the front bow tie

    Push or hammer in the front bow tie.

  10. Handle step 10 — push or hammer in the rear bow tie

    Push or hammer in the rear bow tie.

  11. Handle step 11 — insert into the tray

    Insert into the tray.
